  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festivals, promotional sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote & Rural Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional offers such as Free Shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website and applied automatically when eligible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please:

  • Do not accept the package if the damage is severe.
  • If accepted, record an unboxing video before opening the package.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or videos of the package and product.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

International Shipping

Currently, Belluret ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
