These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Cercle BELLURÉT loyalty program ("Program") operated by Kuvera Cosmetics Pvt Ltd ("BELLURÉT", "we", "us"). By activating membership or earning Gloré points, members ("you", "member") agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility & Membership
• The Program is available to individuals aged 18 years and above who are resident in India.
• Each individual may hold only one Cercle BELLURÉT account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed at BELLURÉT's discretion.
• Membership is activated automatically upon purchase of any two eligible BELLURÉT products by a registered customer (in a single order or across two separate orders on the same account).
• Membership is personal and non-transferable.
• Corporate or bulk buyers are not eligible for the Program unless separately agreed in writing with BELLURÉT.
2. Earning Points — Purchase
• Members earn 1 base Gloré point per ₹100 spent on eligible products, subject to the tier multiplier in effect at the time of purchase.
• Points are awarded on the selling price actually paid (post-discount), excluding taxes, shipping fees, gift-wrapping charges, and redeemed point values.
• Points are credited to the member's account within 7 working days of confirmed delivery.
• Points earned on returned, exchanged, or cancelled orders will be reversed from the member's balance. A reversal in cumulative spend does not affect permanent tier status.
• Purchases made using redeemed Gloré points or gift vouchers do not earn further points on the redeemed portion of the transaction value.
3. Earning Points — Engagement
• Review & Earn: 10 points per verified product review on an eligible BELLURÉT channel (website, Nykaa, Amazon India, Tira Beauty) for a product purchased and received by the member. Maximum 5 reviews (50 points) per calendar month.
• Birthday Bonus: 25 points awarded once per membership year in the month of the member's registered date of birth. The date of birth must be added to the member profile before the start of the birthday month to qualify.
• BELLURÉT may announce additional engagement activities and corresponding point values at its sole discretion with appropriate advance notice.
4. Earning Points — Referral
• Members receive a unique referral code available in their member dashboard.
• When a new customer uses the member's referral code and completes their first eligible purchase, the referring member receives 10 bonus Gloré points, credited within 7 working days of delivery confirmation.
• Self-referral is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral points and may result in account suspension or termination.
• There is no cap on the number of successful referrals a member may make.
5. Points Validity & Expiry
• Gloré points never expire for active members.
• A member is considered active if at least one eligible purchase has been made in any rolling 24-month period.
• If no eligible purchase is made for 24 consecutive months, the account is classified as dormant and points are suspended (not forfeited). Points are reinstated automatically upon the member's next eligible purchase.
• Tier status is unaffected by account dormancy. Permanent tiers are retained regardless of inactivity.
6. Tier Progression
• Tiers are determined solely by cumulative eligible brand spend since membership activation. Annual resets do not apply.
• Membership is activated at Bloom tier upon purchase of any two eligible BELLURÉT products. No minimum spend threshold applies for initial enrolment.
• Tier thresholds for progression beyond Bloom are: Lumière at ₹30,000 cumulative spend; Soir at ₹60,000 cumulative spend; Couture at ₹1,00,000 cumulative spend.
• Tier upgrades are automatic and immediate. The upgraded multiplier applies to the order that triggers the upgrade.
• Tiers are permanent and are never downgraded due to inactivity, reduced spending, or any other reason.
• BELLURÉT reserves the right to revise tier thresholds prospectively for new members. Existing members are grandfathered at the thresholds applicable at the time of their tier attainment.
7. Points Redemption
• Redemption rules, minimum point thresholds, redemption rates, and eligible rewards will be communicated separately via the BELLURÉT website and member portal.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
• BELLURÉT reserves the right to modify redemption rates and eligible rewards with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice to active members.
8. Program Changes & Termination
• BELLURÉT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with 30 days' written notice to active members.
• In the event of Program termination, accumulated points may be redeemed within the notice period as communicated by BELLURÉT.
• BELLURÉT reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any member found to be abusing the Program, including but not limited to fraudulent reviews, self-referral, creation of duplicate accounts, or manipulation of purchase history.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Gloré points are an incentive issued at BELLURÉT's discretion and do not constitute a financial instrument or legal obligation beyond what is described in these Terms.
• BELLURÉT is not liable for technical errors, delayed point crediting, or failure of third-party marketplace platforms to register qualifying actions. Members may raise discrepancies with customer care within 60 days of the qualifying activity.
10. Privacy & Data
• Member data collected in connection with the Program is processed in accordance with BELLURÉT's Privacy Policy, available on the official BELLURÉT website.
• By participating in the Program, members consent to receive Program-related communications via their registered email and phone number. Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting their membership status.
11. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
